Problem: #1. OE drive shafts commonly have a radial run out problem at each weld and at the center of the tubing causing vibration issues even if the shaft is a brand new replacement. #2. Contamination gets underneath the boot located on the transfer case side of the front driveshaft and wears out the linear ball and cage constant velocity joint.
Our Solution:
Rebuild front drive shaft which extends from front axle to transfer case with new linear ball and cage OEM constant velocity joint and new OEM Spicer life u-joint. These components are factory OE pieces, not generic aftermarket See Figure 1. Each part produced here at CCI will come precision balanced and straightened to our strict tolerances.
Turn Around Time: 1 Day
Core Charge: $50.00 Note: Core charge is in addition to price of rebuilt product. Core charge will be charged at point of sale and core credit will be refunded when core is received back, assessed and checked in.
